The agreement applicable to a student is determined by the enrollment category selected during registration. Students enrolled through a tuition-based registration link are governed by the Enrolled Students Terms of Service. Students registered through the Scholarship Program registration link are governed exclusively by the Scholarship Students Terms of Service.
